The cabin filter filters the air that flows from the air conditioning vents into the car's interior. Due to the filtered particles, the filter clogs up over time and must therefore be replaced regularly. Tesla recommends replacement after a maximum of 2 years. Depending on environmental conditions and mileage, we recommend earlier replacement to maintain full filter performance.
